LDP 305 examines the art and science of negotiation. This course will help students develop important leadership skills by combining lectures with practice. Students will be challenged to engage with various case studies in order to put negotiation skills into practice. Over the progression of this course, students will explore the basic theoretical models of bargaining, handling conflict, mediation, and consensus building. In particular, a biblical view of conflict and conflict resolution will be introduced, reflected on, and applied throughout the course.
