In LDP 395, students study how teams influence
leadership effectiveness, with emphasis on how to develop interactive and
dynamic groups working in the virtual or face-to-face environment. Topics in
this course include the various means of sharing information when working in any
team environment and the strategy of conducting environmental scanning to
identify communication issues and formulate solutions.
