This course will provide students with an understanding of the problems, principles, and methods of psychology and will serve as part of a liberal education and as preparation for more advanced work in psychology or for professional study. Additionally, this course will provide an introduction to the topics of human development, motivation, emotion, learning, intelligence, personality, and abnormal behavior.
